When Sanjay Aggarwal first set up Spice Kitchen in 2013, initially as a retirement project for his mother, he was new to manufacturing and all the challenges that would come – from creating a supply chain to finding retailers for his products.

Knowing that outside help would be vital to helping him build the business, take on new challenges and create something sustainable, he was looking for ways to bring that kind of experience and impartial thinking into the fold.
