We took a trip to Spice Kitchen's distribution operations to find out how founder Sanjay Aggarwal has leveraged outside support to improve both his personal management abilities and the company's business plan.

When Sanjay Aggarwal first set up Spice Kitchen in 2013, initially as a retirement project for his mother, he was new to manufacturing and all the challenges that would come – from creating a supply chain to finding retailers for his products.

Knowing that outside help would be vital to helping him build the business, take on new challenges and create something sustainable, he was looking for ways to bring that kind of experience and impartial thinking into the fold.

Find out below in our video interview how taking advantage of the Be the Business Mentoring and Boards programmes helped Spice Kitchen founder Sanjay Aggarwal hone his leadership abilities, better develop the his personal development plan and stress test the business model.
