Every week for four weeks, we’ll share the workouts you need to Get Stronger. The programme will conclude with a clear goal and a set of targets that will help you drive forward in 2022.

In each of the weekly workouts, you’ll find:

  • A story – hear from the business leaders who strengthened their business
  • A task to complete – get a sweat on with a tailored Get Stronger task

What to expect

Our tailored weekly workouts are split into themes so that you can build on your strength week by week.

  • Week One – Leadership

Before you start on your growth journey, spend some time on your leadership skills. A growing business will face new pressures and challenges – are you ready for it?

  • Week Two – Your team

Your team is your greatest asset, so lay the groundwork now ahead of your growth spurt. Get them ready for new responsibilities and challenges by equipping them with the right skills.

  • Week Three – Planning

Failing to plan is planning to fail. Set aside time to learn how and where your business needs to improve so that you’re fully prepared for growth.

  • Week Four – Setting a goal

Take your learnings from the last three workouts and put them into action! Don’t be afraid to break a sweat as you set the goal that’s right for your business.
