At pharmaceutical company GSK, leaders discuss corporate culture with employees using a social networking tool called Yammer. GSK’s Jayne Haines, who heads up their organisational development, says that it’s aimed at creating a rolling conversation around GSK’s culture. The feedback helps the firm dynamically shape its statements and meaning. This is backed up by an annual employee survey which measures how connected members of staff feel towards the company culture.
