They’re an opportunity for you to come together with like-minded leaders and work through real-life business challenges using an approach known as “action learning”.
We have 32 places available in groups starting soon.
How it works
Commitment
You’ll give and gain support with business challenges, in confidential, 90-minute sessions online
Frequency
Regular online sessions every 3 weeks over four months
Support
Groups of up to 8 leaders and managers from diverse sectors with a trained facilitator
Suitability
Groups are for leaders of businesses with between 10-250 staff
Network
Enjoy an enhanced network and access a sounding board which can challenge your thinking and strategies
