How to change mindset around future planning.

Take steps to create a positive mindset in your business. The Entrepreneur Handbook suggests four ways leaders can do this. (1) Free your staff – once you’ve set the vision, let them find ways of delivering it. (2) Get out of the comfort zone – help your team develop skills they are already good at or have expressed a desire in trying, but don’t make them do things they’re fundamentally unsuited to. (3) Give them control – whenever possible, delegate. This will free you up, and make your staff feel trusted and valued. (4) Be a mentor and coach – providing guidance based on your experience, and giving your staff the confidence and support to get things done will help to creating the positive environment you need.
