The business leaders who sign up to our mentoring programme are all from established companies that have been trading for at least one year and have at least three full-time employees as we believe they will benefit most from an experienced mentor.

12-week relationship

Designed for business leaders who want to work right now on shorter-term business goals or challenges
We recommend weekly meetings of 1-2 hours
You will serve as a sounding board for current business decisions and immediate priorities.
