What we do

At Be the Business we are on a mission to tackle the UK’s productivity problem. Since 2017 we've helped British small and medium-sized businesses produce a productivity uplift of £500m by connecting them to the kind of expertise and experience crucial to finding the 1 per cent productivity improvements that quickly add up to big impacts.

The Productivity Programme is designed to turbocharge your productivity improvement efforts. We'll build an advisory board made up of four experienced business professionals from a variety of backgrounds, support you with a dedicated 1-2-1 mentor and provide access to interactive online peer learning sessions filled with leaders just like you.
