As you uncover more about your business’s strengths and weaknesses, particular challenges will surface that need attention. Two sessions, in months 4 and 6, allow you to tackle these challenges head-on.

Work directly with a member of your advisory board. Get into the details, ask all the difficult questions and hone the skills you need for success.

Regular interactive peer sessions

Learn from people facing similar challenges. Compare notes, share successes and explore ideas around productivity with peers and guest experts.
