If so, our new 12-week Rapid Response Mentoring programme could help guide you through the next few months. A mentor will provide a sounding board for difficult decisions and support in the development of suitable strategies for the future.

Commitment

12-week support intervention to deal with acute business challenges

Frequency

Suggested weekly calls or online meetings of 1-2 hours

Experience

Mentors are sourced from some of Britain's leading firms

Suitability

SMEs need to have six or more full-time employees and an annual turnover of at least £1m

Matching

Mentors and mentees go through a rapid pairing process that ensures compatibility

Support

Participation in virtual groups and webinars covering support on relevant topics
